Weird computer virus...need help

Im sure a bunch of you have seen this, but I have that virus that puts some link on my profile on AIM and whenever you take it off, it just reappears. The link takes you to realphx.com or something...this version takes you to talkstocks.net...which is part of the same site.
Anyone know how to get rid of this? I found instructions on the symantec website to get rid of this worm, followed everything, and it didnt work. Any advice would be helpful. thanks

Anti-Virus software and Ad-Aware didn't clear it?
Norton got it right away for me.

hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete (i'm making the assumption you're on a PC) and look for any programs that don't look normal in the task manager. if you're on XP, check the processes tag along with the applications tag. if you see something weird, write the name down, then close it. (this is pretty much guess work, if you close something important, you temporaraly fuck up the machine. i've never closed anything that a restart hasn't cleared) Then take that name and search your PC for a file with that name. delete it if you find it. (BE CAREFUL!!!! especially if it's something in the 'X:\Windows' directory, where X is your drive... deleting shit in there really fucks things up. i know.)
post something else if you need any clearing up.

Norton and spybot should get it, but sometimes you should use more then one spyware program. I just had some movie preview stuff that kept popping up, and neither spybot or ad aware detected it.
