Importing files from flash memory camera.

i have an HD Samsung and its a fully flash memory operating camera and im having trouble importing the files to my computer. ive connected it to the USB and it says its connected but it refuses to import any video files whatsoever.

any ideas?

are u just putting them on your computer or importing them into video editing software..... for me when importing then into final cut i log and transfer the clips which then go directly into my bin..

so the problem is my software doesnt support the files \. ah well, i needed a new editor anyways.
also, using firewire, same problem.
