I think my thumb is dislocated

Hey, i put up a pic in the 'people' section of my wrecked thumb, you guys wanna see if you can say if its dislocated or not? I dont want to go to a doctor unless I have to. Any ideas on how to fix it?

lol you look so much more difrent in that pic then your profile pic. and Um It might by broken because it looks like its snaped in the midle not near the joint?

man, you tear ligaments in your thumb and you're screwed. I dislocated my thumb in December and I still can't play the goddam bongos.

in my expect opinion, u sprined it really bad. if u dislocated it you should see something pop out of your thumb when you bend it and it would hurt like a motthhhherrr. but if you cant bend it, just a really bad sprain. skiers thumb sucks! ice it down.

oh man skiers thumb sucks. all winter i have skiers thumb, shins, and my neck hurts SO bad.

i was at te doc for mono and had her check it out, since my thumbs are f'ed up all year round from skiing, they always hurt. she said i'll have arthritis when i'm old~like,now.

i hurt my thumb at whistler. it was a partally torn ligament and i chipped the bone a little bit. i had a cast the rest of the time. i would see a doctor, if you go you will get better even if it hurts a little. if you dont go you might get better, but you might not. i went to the doctor and i still cant snap after 2 months. i would go, but i dunno.
