Replying to Newb question but i need some help +++karma

So I have been trying to change my icon and everytime I upload a picture it for some reason will not delete my old one. It says its deleting my old icon and replacing it with the new one, but it doesnt seem to work. I tried the deleting icon button but everytime I click on it nothing happens. Has anyone else had this problem or could someone help me out with this in any way it would be much appreciated.
