I am giving my old bindings to a friend. They are Rossignol Power100 (or Look P10 i think).
I can't quite see how to remove the heel piece. There is a screw on the back of the binder but I think that is for adjusting sole length. Looks like there is a metal baseplate too. Any tips on how to get them off?
