hey all, first off, i just turned 20, so i guess that i am older than you!
so i wouldnt say my bodys beaten up after a few years of skiing, of which around 3~4 were park/pow skiing only, but i can feel some parts not "feeling normal" if you wanna call it that way.
its not that, as i said, i am totally done, but i would like to know how you see freeskiings longterm consequences in general? how will our knees, hips and ankles look like in 40 years?
imo, we all should concentrate more on other sports to get good physics and coordination skills, so your body is prepared and your mind is better prepared if somethings going wrong. as well as doing a little bit of stretching prior to every run, which is what i found out is def. helping a lot.
