I have some 178 line anthems, and im 5'10". I know theyre symetrical, which would usually be good for center mounting, but i'm not skiing 100% park, and i'm not sure if i should be mounting symetrical skis anywhere but true center. Help would be great.
Core center is when you mount at the fattest part of the ski. On anthems, the fattest part is the the true center. You could mount ANYWHERE on a ski, but it really dosn't make any sense.
No man, mount them at -2 for an all mtn. mount.....
Are you fucking serious?
They are PARK ski, as in you use them in the PARK and on groomers and other shit like that. They are symmetrical ski, if you don't want a ski that is supposed to be mounted at dead center buy a different fucking ski, there are hundreds of other skis out there. Mounting it at anywhere other than center is just pointless. I rode 178 Anthems all last season and they are good in the park, good on groomers, and good when there is less than about 8 inches of fresh snow. If you want more of an all mountain ski get something else.
