Moving west for the winter... looking for a place to stay

So im trying to get out west for this winter, work as much as i need to and ski a shit load. My problem is lodging. im looking to rent out a room somewhere in Utah (or Colorado) My options are open... Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.
