A quick word on blocking ads

Can anyone answer this questions. How come threads get deleted? So I posted a thread yesterday about a company and it got deleted. I am not complaining just confused. I am in NSG today and a title of a Thread is "I am going to kill this KId" and there is a story about how this one kid is going to beat the shit out of another (threat I think so). Also there are numerous threads about illegal activity that never get deleted. Threads on underage drinking, pot, acid, shrooms.... I could go on forever. If it is because some people think I work for this unnamed company your wrong, stoked on it yes. There are a bunch of threads out there about kids who are stoked on companies and talk and their new gear being on their websites....
Please help a confused person out?
