I sent them an E-mail asking where the hell my video was and they said they shipped it out this morning 11-12 They didn't tell me why it took so ling to ship, I ordered it in the begining of September.

They just shipped it Tuesday morning and their excuse was the got behind and I got mine so late because I pre ordered it and then they rambled on about how producers never keep their word with release dates etc...
