Replying to Zune broken - help/ warranty?

my zune 4 is frozen on the albums category list, the back light is not on, touching any button will not make anything happen, no its not on hold.

what should i do? i tried resetting it no dice.

i plugged it into my computer and it makes the noise like its plugged in and zune software opens but the zune icon that is usually blakc when it is plugged in is white as if its not plugged in, yet i can drag music to it like its plugged in.

can anyone with any info on this help me out?

please dont say go buy an ipod because I owned 4 different ones which all broke and the last one broke too and warranty ran out so i sadi fucckkk it.
