Try the up and over technique. you wait until you're in the air to flip. it should help.
Spin with your core
Your starting your spin to early, and only with your upper body. When you wind up so hard, and your momentum is generated only by your arms then you have two rotations, one with your upper body, and your lower body follows as a second rotation. Natually your going to tilt and go off axis because you don't really have a 'core' axis that your spinning off of.
Look.... not to hate or anything I 'm just trying to point something out. But when you go for rodoes and corks, all of your momentum is probably just 'chucked' in one direction and it comes around as a whole. However, when you go back to straight spins, you need more fundamentals. IMHO.
