...the differences between a DVX100a and a DVX100b? Is it worth the 200 extra dollars I see them going for to go for the b?
Any help is appreciated, especially from those with experience with one or the other or both.

The hour meter records time that the camera is on with a tape in, correct? How many hours is too many hours on the hour meter? 100? 200?

Hmmmm, I guess that seems irrelavant to me because I have no interest in shooting PAL, hahaha. As for the hours, you and LJ both are incredibly brilliant! + karmazzz for both of u! lol jk but not really, haha
