Replying to 325 mm boot in a 329mm binding

So I have a pair of skis w/ bindings on them set for a 329pmm bsl. I want to use these skis for like early/late season bad conditions and maybe if i get into some park. However the boots I have now are 325mm bsl. So what do I do to make it work, would the bindings have to be totally re-drilled and mounted, can the shop adjust it without moveing the binding, can I adjust or it will it just be fine with 4mm difference?
