OK Bois
I learned these this summer and you can get them around waaay faster than normal fronties.
1.Find a flatish take off jump (cat tracks work best) into pow. Make sure its big enough to do a normal front flip and you should probably do a couple off it first to get comfortable.
2. Come into the jump (cat track) exactly the same as you normally would.
3. When you begin your pop, start off the same as normally but have your stronger foot infront.
4. About half way through popping, you will throw your back (weak) leg backwards as you explosively pop with your domintant foot.
5. Remember to get a really good pop and not just throw forwards.
6. When you leave the lip remember to keep your shoulders square, facing down the hill(this can be a little tricky the first couple times because there is a tendancy you spin a little because of the staggered legs)
7. Set your spin THEN tuck in, this creates a faster rotation because you set when your spread out then tuck in which creates centrifical force and speed up the rotation.
8. The first couple tries you will probably untuck a little early and underrotate because front flips are pretty blind but after a couple tries you will get it.
9. 4 point. Extreme
