Skis but in the original screw holes? So if I took a pair of bindings off and put new bindings on with the same holes would there be any problems?

many people think it isn't necessary, but i say helicoil is your friend - reduce the change of a rip out

^He knows whats up.
If its a different binding at all chances are that the holes are not going to be the same and your going to need to redrill.
Helicoil is the safest way if you are able to use the same holes but the downside is that if one of them rips out your ski is done, son.
