Replying to Boot issues

Alright so i have the Dalbello rampage boots in a size 27. I have only used them about 10-15 times and my ankles just keep hurting. I think my feet are just too wide for the boot or maybe it may just be my ankles. Does anyone have the same problem with their rampages? Im looking into getting some SPK pro models but im really not sure how they fit compared to the rampage. Should i try to modify my rampages or just get new boots? thanks alot
