I tore my ACL/meniscus last year after casing a jump and hyperextending my knee, and usually casing a jump is a somewhat common thing for me (probably half a dozen times if im spending the day lapping a park). Havent skied since, and do not want to be casing jumps this year (I realize its impossible to never case a jump again)
So how do people not case the big jumps, because I would think that some of the jumps that people hit, if you cased it you'd for sure get fucked up
