Bios and shifties in corks

sooo basically in the title. I want to learn how to do bios, and how to add shifties into off-axis stuff like corks...get a little stylie and all! got any advice chris?

well I mean I can shifty in straight spins but not on anything off-axis, my legs throw off my rotation...

I think one thing you must keep in mind is dont shiffty till after the APEX. I find when I do it b4 the apex, it makes me all messed up on the way down because when my legs come back from shiffty it has time to change and f up my air. Instead of coming out and meeting the ground. Im not sure if thats the same problem your having so let me know.

like a misty you throw it to the knee but for bio less flip to the hip
