i was just going to shut it down for the night but I think I have time for one more.
tell me if you think im right.
1) when you take of your probley pulling your shoulders and arms in like all spin. am i right
if this is the case, often it is. You should focus more on your lower body when spinning switch. most people try to set the speed of there spin with there upper body, not bad but not great . When taking off switch your stance and feet are in a staggered position leaving your upper body with little room to build up rotation(unless you spin blind side). Try pulling or drawing your feet and knees in faster. how fast you draw them in is like how fast you swing your arm to spin forward.
im not sure if that helps but it is a big factor
