Adjusting Bindings Rather Than Redrilling?

Holla,
So I have been pondering this question for a while now, If I am looking in to getting some skis with Look PX 12's already mounted on the ski for a 316mm BSL and my current BSL is 305mm should I be able to adjust the binding the 1 cm inwards and avoid remounting the skis again?
I know this is possible with other bindings, but I have no experience with the PX 12's so some help would be appreciated!

Actually, you might not. The recommended mounting point of the PX series is way forward on the track. So, if the previous mount was done correctly, there might not be an entire cm to play with. If you can, try it out and see. Otherwise ask the seller to measure the amount of available track.

yea cause even if you can click in you need to make sure your forward pressure is correct...if its not you can expect to get thrown out of your skis with ease.

I know on my rossi axials (pivot heel) I had mine set for a BSL of 305 and got someone with like a 325 to work (i know my BSL is 305 for 26.5....the other guys boots were 28.5). I dont remember though how that worked out for his forward pressure but he skiied them just fine on rails, kickers, etc...
