Few Dents Call for New Helmet?

If I have used the same helmet for two seasons now and there are a few minor dents in the outside plastic does that mean I should get a new helmet or will this one work fine.  Because I have heard that once a helmet is dented it should be discarded.

Also I have heard that it is dangerous to wear goggles under the helmet, is this true?

i had my helmet for three and a half years.. it had dents from day one. what they mean by as soonb as theres a dent you should discard is that your helmet in no longer "approved' by whatever association that makes helemts safe and technicaly youshouldnt use it anympore but its still fine really. by the end of the last season with mine i was still htting trees head on and im not dead not even any cuncussions...a few dents your still wayyy good.

your fine. and its fine to wear your goggles under, companies dont test like that so they say dont do it cuz they dont know what will happen.
