Replying to Is anyone in the US still waiting on movies?

So I pre-ordered SLAMINA, The Massive, and Claim twice, once back in early september and then again in mid october, both my orders say that they have been processed for about 2-3 weeks, and it really pisses me off to see people in Spain , UK and Australia get their copies, is there any way to go about contacting NS with this matter, I have already e-mailed NS twice and I still haven't received a response. Has any one in the US not received their movies yet?
