Now this isn't some cheap attempt to sway votes last minute, that's just stupid, and if you haven't already decided who you are voting for yet, you're probably stupid too. Anybody who hasn't researched and picked one or the other yet has gotta be retarded.
And it is like %99 likely that our state will go for Obama anyways.
Back to the topic,
I am personally for Obama, but again that doesn't really matter. Except now you guys can laugh at me if he loses, our cry next to me, your choice. I have a big problem with McCain and Palin as people. Issues aside, its the anger. What happened to logic and reason? Of course I really don't even know where McCain stands on the issues because he's too busy being angry about things and pointing the finger.
This is merely my own observations of the campaigns but doesn't it seem like while Obama ran on a platform of hope and change. McCain ran on a platform of anger and fear mongering?
And the lies.... the way both of them pretty much made shit up about the others policy ideas in an attempt to make the other look bad. This happened on both sides. McCain loves to twist Obama's tax plan. I'll let somebody else give an example of McCain's message getting twisted, because I don't give a fuck.
McCain is a Dunce when it comes to modern economics, he has admitted this on video multiple times. So I think its fair to consider it fact.
Attempted voter suppression. Holy shit, I can't believe this happens, apparently some of us really don't believe in democracy. Its hard to tell what side is doing it without being a prick and assuming how a certain group of people is going to vote. ( I wonder who's trying to suppress the black voters, hm) Of course it isn't the candidates themselves trying to suppress voters, its their psychotic rogue followers.
Remember when Palin refused to answer a court supoena issued by her own state? Wow, not even vice president yet and she's already above the law.
The Religious Right: GODDAMNIT, I fucking hate religous maniacs. Your political viewpoint shouldn't be determined by ONE fucking book. And especially not a fucking work of FICTION. To all those reverends and pastors out there ranting and raving on youtube, spending hours twisiting logic and simply making shit up in a weak attempt to connect Obama with terrorist agendas. I hope you get shat on by an elephant with a taste for spicy food, and it burns all the flesh of your face. Then you'll have to rant on the radio!
So yea, this election has been pretty annoying, they seem to bring out the worst in people. Of course it's not like it's really any different from the 2004 or 2000 election, they were just as irratating.
Is there anything in particular that really annoyed you about this election? Other than obnoxious blogging liberals such as myself?
