When are the KOS winners being announced?

Just wondering cuz i want to know. I know that Harlaut has already made it (fb stalking) but i was wondering when the other video qualifier is being announced.

theres a thread on this somewhere but now theres gonna be atleast 4 winners and i think its gonna be announced on the 11th or just after
