Replying to POG

So, i hope everyone is familiar with the delicious passion orange guava juice distributed by the brad orchards hawaii. On their cartons they advertise a pog hat which you can purchase for 8.95 or 6 UPC symbols. Eventually i got enough and sent in my UPC's. It's been about six months and haven't gotten anything. I tried taking matters into my own hands but all the phone numbers online don't go through. Says the number has been disconnected. Has anyone else ever run into this problem or figured out how to reach these guys?
