I am submitting my application for UVM tonight. I know that there is some way to submit it for free if you are a Vermont resident, but I have no idea how. Anyone out there know how to? They purposely don't make it obvious which is really annoying.

I dont think so but who knows, im out of state and i just submitted mine, good luck man, i hope i get in so bad.

I am 100% sure that there is a way to do it. My guidance counselor told me there is a way but she never told me how.
