Replying to Am I out of Line? WTF

For those of you who own larger skis (hellbents, pollards, etc) you may have had to purchase a larger brake to make your current binding fit on the ski. So, I get a a pair of Hellbents and a pair of brand new s914's from a couple of years ago for 149.00 to put on them; with regular brakes. I got to look online to see what the going rate is for 130mm brakes, 49.95.... f*** that.  This piece probably cost salomn 8 bucks to make or less and they know that they can pretty much run a monopoly on consumers becasue everybody needs brakes.  So stupid and so frustrating, makes getting a good deal on bindings go right out the window.
