I was skating down a road today on campus at CU with another guy. three cops were waiting, stopping every skater that went by on the road handing out $100 tickets. By the time I left which was a total of about 15 minutes they wrote up 6 people. This town has way too many cops with nothing to do besides write MIPs, open containers and do stupid shit like this.
