Modding/Flashing xbox 360

Hey so your able to flash an xbox 360 and you can only used burned games, but im able to access burned games really easliy. My question is, for those of you who've done it or thought about doing it, is it worth it? cuz i know it voids the warentee and you cant mod it back.

well they are pretty cheap now a days, just google around and see if they say that theres a big chance it wont work, if there isnt, go for it
