Laurent Favre's Cork 180! Ridiculous!

I'm not 100% sure if this is a re-post or not but I think it's worth it. Starting from 1:03 is the sickest thing i've seen in a while imo. Super stylish and big cork 180. He gets so corked and brings his feet around to what looks like a stomped landing. Anyways it just amazed me because you would have to carve so hard and be so comfortable in the air. Check it out and give your opinions!

From what I could tell the basket of his ski pole dragged across the jump as we carved off it so that probably gave the same effect a hand drag would without reaching down so far. Still an amazing trick but I am pretty sure the ski pole gave him enough kick in the other direction to get back on his feet.

i love this thread, i love movies that show freestyle skiing as i like it. and i like the old days of single corks and how they use to take the time to perfect and make the small tricks look huge!

I guess cork 180s are possible then. Lolo has soooo much style. I talked to Håtveit a couple of days ago, and he was 100% positive that cork 180s were possible, you just need a big jump, and he also said that his 180 in JOSS 09 norway edit was a cork 180.

skimatic as a whole is one of my favorite movies. jf houle lipslides a fire escape set of stairs that made my jaw drop.
