i lit off a 50 pack of black cats in my roommates room once while he was sleeping. i'd say i sufficiently scared the shit out of him/slightly pissed him off. I'd suggest trying that...

take him out one night and get him blacked out drunk, then have a girl call him the within the next week or two suggesting he's either her babies daddy or that he's gotta go get tested.
