here for the second one the first is the same thing
1) y^2 - 2x - 10y + 31 = 0
and
2) x - y + 2 = 0
so you change the number to make it
x=y+2
y^2-2(y+2)-10y+31=0
y^2-2y-4-10y+31=0
y^2-12y+27=o
(y^2-3y)(-9y+27)
y(y-3)-9(y-3)
(y-3)(y-9)
y=3
y=9
hopefully thats what you were looking for tell me if u need any more help!
^ oh and btw forgot to mention
you gotta replace what you got for y (3 and 9 if i remember well) and put them in the equations
x-3+2=0 x-1=0 x=1
x-9+2=0 x-7=0 x=7
(1,3) (7,9) is your answer yo! i think
wait im not wrong... x-y+2=0 so x-y=-2 x=y-2 thats it no? cause i got the good answer anyways lol? need help for the other one? and how old are you?
wait actually im kinda lost on the second one ill try to do it on a sheet of paper and hit u back if i find it cause i always end up with no knowing what x AND y are so shit's fucked up lol
