Replying to Anyone in the Burlington area need an apt for spring semester?

I'm moving out west, and I need to sublet my room. It is a really nice place , great location on Maple Street. rent is $497, 2 bedroom, One Bath, Living Room, a Dinning Room, Kitchen, and a Back Porch. the bedrooms are upstairs and the living areas are down stairs. you only pay for heat, electricity, and internet which is all really cheap,  all together monthly is around $155 so like 80 bucks each. which is pretty good. plus free satellite on a huge tv, and my roommate is really chill, and he will be riding at stowe this year.
