rodeos?

how exactly do you throw a rodeo... i kinda get it, but tried it on the trampoline today and half killed myself. so how do i throw one.

I'm wondering as well...by the end of last season, I had regular back flips dialed. But the season ended before I could attempt more prograssice inverts.

If I understand it right, to do a rodeo you do a back flip and through a shoulder down. Is that right?

Ok trying on tramp is harder then on snow, i learned them on snow befor tramp. You thorw your head, hips and arms to like 9 or 10 oc and you will do it. The trick is to move your body when you are kinda still on the jump and bring you legs in.

The problem with doing tricks on a tramp (in my opinion) is that the motions you make to get a lot of bounce, counteract the motion of the trick your trying to do. In trying to get as high as I can, I'm not able to start the trick until I'm on my way down. When your on snow, all you have to consentrate on is throughing the trick, you don't have to spend most of your energy trying to get as high as possible cause the jump is already shooting you into the air.

Anyone feel the same, or am I alone on this one?

I don't know if this will help anybody but instead of dropping a shoulder I just throw my feet out and reach for them, to do a rodeo a reach for a safety grab in the direction of a rodeo, and to do a misty I just turn my hips 90 degrees and reach for my feet, It worked with corks too.

I havent tried rodeos on skiis but on tramp I think they´re pretty easy. A rodeo is a lincoln/sideflip(callit whatever you want) with spin. This is how you do a rodeo: before you start throwing the lincoln you turn your shoulders and head a little. When you start to leave the tramp you drop your shoulder and pull your legs up. They are so easy when you get the feel of it.

im kind weird oi can do rodeos bio and corks and stuff on tramp so its a bit weird for a rodeo i jsut go for a bio but try and bio it alot more and that works

its alot diff on tha tramp
juss wen ur at tha end of tha jump jus throw a backflip over ur left or right shoulder

I like to throw stuff from one trap to another, when you transfer its kinda similar to a jump.
