I guess going to work can be classed as being fucked over, so yeah i'll sit back with a beer every time i've been fucked over.

Often some beers by myself or with a few close mates is the solution for me after being jacked by something, whether it be women, money, work, etc..Generally gives me an opportunity go regain perspective etc
