So... Ski trivia, Who invented the 'Pretzel'??

The first time i remember seeing one done fresh to the max, was Corey Vanular in Shanghai Six - I was like " Whoa, he span on the rail one way and then span off the other!!" Yeah that made me pumped, Like a dog on steroids.
But of course we all know Mr. Wallisch brought these salted goods of delight to the masses...

So, who landed the first one (on camera) ((Vid or it didn't happen)), I expect to see, at some point, someone post a vide of Mike Douglas doing one back in Ski Movie 1.

Id say everyone agrees with that statement ^^^ im sure it was done on something before a snowboard too... deff a tough concept to try to figure out who was the first one... i think maybe we should say.... who started pretzels as we know them today...

howwwwever... Pep i think we can all agree was the first guy to do one in the air and not on a rail.... shit is redddiccculous

I don't remember what movie, but some pretty old one had candide doing switch 270, pretzel 270s out. i can't remember if he was on dynastars or 1080s...dang, i saw the clip on youtube a few months ago, i wish i could remember what movie it was.

i have a shot of vanular doing 270 pretz 270 at breck in early january of 05...
from what i know, corey was doing them before anyone...
