shes 21 hes 19, he broke off theeir engagment about 2 weeks ago, and she just found out today that she is pregnant. can she get him to support her?

oh yeah abortion is not an option for her

Well if they go to custody court then there's a hearing in child support court automatically, at least in Vermont.

as long as she get the tests done to proove he is the father then yes he has to support the baby

ya child support is possible... she going to have to pay thousands for the court trials and whatnot however

i know this because my mommy did it to my daddy and it took a hella long time to officialize
