I guess you can jump on them, along with tricks. Just be careful. You can catch some nasty shit. Avoid the heavier tramps as well.

quad backflip:

take some acid, start jumping backwards so you eventually jump off the tramp, as soon as your about a foot away from the edge, huck yourself into a backflip and just dont untuck and hope that you dont fuck up and break your neck

and thats a quad b flip for ya

TY sos much broski i havent been able to stomp them in forver!

ill postnow, to do a foot grab its kinda complicated. you have to jump super high(at least .36 feet) then lean down , carful not to oop or anyhting, then carefully(be safE!) grab your foot.

well you can do spreads, jump at a comfortable height, um always have a certified guide watching you as you follow through the menouver then as your in the air reach out as far as possible with all your limbs, safely bring them back together as you come to land
