I love the new NS Flash videos, it's super legit, but it does need a small change. Don't hard-code the watermark into the videos OR make the watermark smaller. I don't want newschoolers.com taking up that much of the screen if I download the MP4 (for my iPod or something). JW FLV Player has a way of floating the watermark over the video(without it being part of the video), you might want to take a look at how that works and see if you can work that feature into your flash player (sorry, I don't know anything about flash apps). It's OK to advertise since you are hosting the video, just make it less intrusive.
