Adobe after effects help please

I just got adobe after effects 7 and i have no clue how to use it . Does anyone no how to start an animation or use the program at all?

lol so either ns is so good at predicting what someone wants to look at in a forum, or my shit got deleted in the thread about adobe after effects, which i am pretty sure it didnt, since my phone has been broken for the past two weeks, and i havent been able to text people from what i found out today.. oh and i have a new cell with the same number but i dont have the same numbers as my old phone...
