self explanatory title..

you know you love skiing when, you make perfect tables out of your ice cream or mash potatoes

fail a class cuz you daydream too much and cant really focus on anything other than skiing.

when you ski more days during the winter than you acctually go to school

you pray for rain in town because you know up there it will be snow!

ill post more as i come up with them .. but im sure im not the only one with these kinds of stories :P

a couple years ago me and a few buddies got together and convinced the school to let us build a park in the school parking lot, wiht the help of a rad teacher....we had 3 boxes, 2 rails, and a mini table!

ice rink snow sessions
spends massive amount of time on newschoolers
willing to drive 4 hours each way for powder as a daytrip
checkin out urban features all over the place
thinking about skiing everyday, even during the summer

wtf?

i do nothing but ski every weekend... with some drinking

but i know tons of people who dont ski who do nothing but drink all weekend, not to undermine your addition though...

When you drive 4hours to your local mountian in summer to check out the new buildings and urbans to find good jibs for the winter.

When you get introduced as the skier.

When your room is filled with everything to do with skiing and you sleep with your skiis next to your bed so you have them close.   You have a ski poster on your roof above your bed so that skiing is the first and last thing you see for your day.

You grades go down because you live skiing and think about it all the time.

When you're grounded and you're allowed out at night but not allowed ot ski and it hurts more even if it is the biggest party for the season.

You'll ski in anything rain, hail, snow, gale force winds shitty snow and slush just because its skiing,

You go out on the blizzard days when everything is on hold except the beginner runs and you and your friends make jumps in the fog outside ski patrol and they can't see them because of the fog. Claim.

...every inch of your room is covered with ski posters or pages from ski mags.

...your girlfriend yells at you for stopping your car or zoning out while shes talking to you because you saw a sick urban hit.

...you have dreams about skiing almost every night but are embarrassed to tell your friends because they already make fun of you for being obsessed.

...you scope out rails that are totally impossible to hit like ones in shopping malls or train stations.

... you will pay $45 for a lift ticket and drive 3 hours to ski in october on a 100 ft long patch ofmuddy snow because you really cant wait the extra month for real skiing.

every fucking night. last night it was about how benchetler had a park edit in the hit list and wasn't really famous but then got more famous cause of IDEA and hunting yeti and how different the skiing is between the two and I talked to myself about coreUPT. and i've spent hours dreaming up all the different jumps i'm gonna build I know exactly which ones I'm going to do

when im hanging out with my good girl friends but ignore them to talk with the boys about skiing...

i wake up at 7ish to run to the bathroom... see that its snowing (at the beg. of oct) start yelling "what what!!" and my boyfriend wakes up and we both start doing a rock out, dance, jam, singing...
