self explanatory title..

you know you love skiing when, you make perfect tables out of your ice cream or mash potatoes

fail a class cuz you daydream too much and cant really focus on anything other than skiing.

when you ski more days during the winter than you acctually go to school

you pray for rain in town because you know up there it will be snow!

ill post more as i come up with them .. but im sure im not the only one with these kinds of stories :P

...you drive around Tampa looking at rails. The Tampa International Mall has some nice ones. The St. Pete Times Forum and The Tampa Bay Convention Center too.

 u find a smooth urban rail, and try 270 out on shoes by jumping of it.

 u walk in ur skiing gear when u are home at lone, just to see how cool it looks on you.

 u dream aboute a siick line or park or wining x-games. (when you sleeps)

 u think aboute skiing most of your free time and school time.

 u put ur skiis on and try new grabs and name them.

and when u imagine how good the jump you are going to make at home will be :)

or when after the first snow of the year you find yourself in the middle of the yard with all your ski gear on and skis on just standing in the 1/2 in of new snow so you can remember what it feels like after a long summer of being on ns and watching ski movies

Every single time you go online the first and last things you look at will be NS, ski edits, or ski websites looking for more skis/outerwear.

You look at every bit of scrap wood or poles you see lying around and picture building them into a jib setup.

once your mountain is opened ur skis are always in there car.

or you talk to your skis when there in your car.

you stop talking to the people that don't ski.

you get pissed if you've gone more than two days without skiing.

when i you wish that roads are covered with snow, so they might be skiable.

when someone asks what your favorite movie is you say YEAH DUDE, or any other good ski movie, then they ask when did that movie come out, or what is it about

Awesome thread.

Cancelling your cable subscribtion becuase you only watch ski movies

Driving to your local hill in the summer 'just to look at it'

Sounds like everyoe else does the random "I'm going to put on all my gear for awhile and just chill" goggles helmet and all

You feel empty and uncomfortable during the rare times you don't have a package from BC, SAC Tramdock etc on it's way to you

All summer long your skis aren't put away, they're leaning against the wall by the front door as if you're going skiing in a day or two

Your floor has weird marks on it cause you've been walking around in your boots again

Staying in and tuning your skis on a Friday night.  Ok that's just lame! lol guess I'm lame

when even your mom knows who tanner hall and tom wallisch is now, she knows the tricks you can do, and about rails and everything because most of the time even the conversation wiht your mom includes skiing!!! you just can't stop

haha my mom knows all about rails, urban, pipe, comps etc... i jsut cant stop myself!

when you start jibbing your couch, stairs, anyhting jibbable aroudn the house

when you drive around see a rail thats pretty much impossible and imagine how it'd b to hit it

if you have gone skiing pre-season when 3-4 inches is "enough" for you to slide to a rail.

when you've written about skiing in several essays, (I've even done several projects wiht skiing)

when by this time a year you'd rather go in a coma for the next month and wake up when lifts open

when you have been at least once one of the 1st ones to get on the chair lift or one of the last ones. (I've been the 1st one and the last one on the same day haha its sad.)

when you ruin a £220 pair of skates by screwing some pvc pipes to the side and wearing ankle weights just hoping they feel like skis and trying 2 hit hand rails with them

when you dream about it, like actually have dreams while your sleeping where you feel like things are actually happening to you and wake and be like dagggg it was just a dream, ski dreams are the best, the most recent one i had i was sessioning the huge timberline jump they do evry year, waking up was bittersweet.
