Chemical Burn!

I So I have to write an essay for Chemistry. I have a 'F' (38%) in that class right now because I don't even know what I'm doing, I'm so lost! The essay is due tomorrow (10/17) by 4 P.M.

The prompt is...
Based on your observations in this video clip(which is embedded below) an example of a physical or chemical change?

- I need to have three to four paragraphs.
- The intro should only have a hook and thesis.
- The body paragraphs will start with a topic sentence and follow that with your explanations and support from the book/unit.
- The conclusion should be a conclusion with a restated thesis, important ideas and an application to life beyond the classroom.
Respond to the prompt. What evidence is necessary to prove a chemical change has taken place?  How is this evidence distinct from a physical change?

ok i didnt read all of that, but i sped up the video and noticed a gas was given off. usually when that happens, a chemical change occurs


chem sucks i just had the worst class of the year so far today in it BLAHHHHHHHH

i will put this in terms you can understand...

Chemical change: when you change some thing and can never get it back to the way it was.  Like burning paper

Pysical change: when you change something and are able to get it back to the way it was somehow.  like ripping up paper.

Mostly right, but there are cases where you can reverse a chemical change.

Chemical change - new compounds are formed or a compound is decomposed. Basically, bonds are broken or reformed at the molecular level.

Physical change: The compound or element keeps the molecular structure and changes such as solidifying, liquifying, etc.

Well you're in deep shit.  The way to solve the problem is drop out and start skiing your ass off.  Go pro.  Hope you don't get a career threatening injury and if you get big your life should be pretty good.  Get your own pro model, choose the graphics and then hook me up for helping you out.

im amusing the thesis has to be about chemical reactions? well if it doesn't have to be about that specific one talk about their importance in the world.  What level chem?
