Replying to Thrusters and Binding Mounting

So I wanted to get a real park ski because I was sick of trying to progress on my 2x4s... ahem, Public Enemys. I decided on the 06/07 Thrusters. I plan on taking up my PEs on good snow days and my Thrusters most of the time. My questions are...

1. How will the Thrusters perform out of the park? I'm a pretty aggressive skier. I plan on spending a ton of time in the park but I won't be able to take up two pairs of skis most of the time, so I want them to perform OK on the rest of the mountain too.
2. Where should I mount them? I was thinking 4cm back from chord. Again, the Thrusters will probably be used about 70/30 park/all-mountain but I'm gonna get real frustrated if they don't perform out of the park.

I'm 6'1" and 155 pounds, the Thrusters are 171s. Thanks!
