i heard that trying to take deep slow breaths was a good way to try to induce sleep. i feel like it works sometimes, but i never have the patience to keep at it. so i dont truly know if it works.
i used to have trouble sleeping, i find that a good workout and a shot of something hard does the trick. i also found out that it's nearly impossible for me to fall asleep in less than an hour if i don't have music playing.
Try and stay awake that works for me. It was 3 AM and i couldn't sleep AT ALL and i had 3 hours till my mom would wake up so i sneaked out and rood my long board to the river (I live in a town on a hill) then went on top of the school climbed down. And RAN AS HARD AS I COUD home with my longboard. Then tried to stay awake till i felt sleepy. Then fell asleep 4:30.
Trying to stay awake works from me. Thank you band of brothers.
