So i almost got arrested today.

so we have cross country practice; we run 7 miles or whatever, gene, our coach is like hey, run to 7 11 and ill buy you guys slurpees. so were like, sick. so we get there get our slurp on and walk back to school, while crossing some train tracks a cop throws his lights up and pulls us over all sayin how we were trespassing and that he could take us to jail etc. etc. basically in the end i talked him down and he wrote down our names and shit, and we got off with a meeting with our school resource officer,

sparknotes, me and my friends got pulled over by cops while crossing train tracks.

oh! and the fucker called in for backup, what a puss.

train tracks are federal property= tresspassing on federal land.

i've had that happen to me too but i just got a written warning saying if i trespassed again i would be arrested. i take it you dont live in vermont or any chill state that looks at you as an adult at the age of 17

wtf. that's the lamest thing I've ever heard. That cop would have to be such a douche to arrest you. If I were a cop my last target in the world would be a group of X-ers walking around with slurpees....
