Is this guy one of your good friends or just a friend you see once in a while? and to me honestly man... it just kinda sounds like your just her orbiter, she comes to you when she needs advice, that means she trusts you like a brother not like a boyfriend. Have you even madeout with her yet? cause that would be the first step in finding out if she actually likes you. A lot of girls play sick games with guys and I've seen it happen so many times.

Honestly man, what do you mean by 'shes all over me' have you even kissed her yet? Or does she just want to hang out? I think your a good friend to her and since shes broken up with her boyfriend she wants to hangout with you cause she trusts you. If you want to go out with her and your already in the dreaded 'friendzone' the only way to get out is to stop talking to her for a while and let her see what her life is like without you. It's pretty fucked man, basically if she hasnt been attracted to you from the start she never will be unless you break contact with her. It's all a game.
