High Society Freeride's Vs. Bluehouse Districts.

Hey NS, quick gear question for you guys as I search for my one ski quiver for the season.

I have the option to buy either 187 HS Freeride's or 187 BH Districts as my everyday ski. I'm 5'10'' and about 175lbs, the majority of my skiing is done up Whistler / Blackcomb offpiste, powder, and trees. (Some time in the park, but for purely jumps.. I can't afford to beat my skis up.)

I'm an advanced skier, I love hauling ass - large GS turns and stuff like that too. I would like a lighter ski, but not light enough that it will feel unstable at higher speeds or on variable terrain.

Between these two skis could anyone give me some advice? I have some friends who skied the districts, but I'm largely uninformed about the HS skis.. though the reviews here look good.

Flex information would be appreciated too.

I ski for High Society Freeride and I can confirm that the FR179 is an awsome ski!
it floats good in pow (try the FR187 as well) and rips hard in the park!

What is the flex like on the 187's? These skis really interest me. Will they be a good one ski quiver?

it's prettt stiff, but get a little bit softer towards the tips. don't know forshure how they would as a one ski quiver tho... but i'll hit you up with a pm as soon as i know

HSFR
Best carving ski of it's size, hands down! lots of shape with still being fat under foot,
very strong ski that holds up to the biggest guys i've put on the ski
and very stable at speeds, point it or carve it, this ski is stable,
I would definataly go with the HSFR in the 187, fun ski!

I ski PNW conditions at all times, I like the deep and going fast. I also like fat skis.. and I don't spend too much time in the park anymore because i can't really afford to beat the shit out of skis anymore.

I'm just curious if they'll do the job on groomers or in the trees when I want to change it up.

Awesome man thanks! I'm super pumped to try these skis.. It's always awesome to support the smaller ski companies. And if what people have been saying is true, they sound like sick products.
