its called dendix and there is another material called snowflex. Dendix hurts like hell to land on hard, snowflex has more shock absorption.

how is lt like turning on astroturf, good control? i have never skied on this cinda stuff before so, i ask questions:D
and yeah how will it be snowboarding on it ? can u like turn a little or will jo go straight ?

My snowboarder friends have had bad luck on astroturf because they are so used to being on edge, and it just really doesnt work like that... Astroturf is only really good for drop in ramps I think.

Snowflex does ski a lot like snow, i know they have races on it over in Europe a lot, so you must be able to turn well on it. The only 2 major downsides are that if you fall on it, there goes your skin, plus only one place makes it so it is a butt load of money.
